Its come to the end of Achieving Personal Excellence session with Hj. Nicholas Sylvester@ Muhammad Abdullah, today. He did a good job i guess as he successfully motivate each and every of us to be confident. Confident in terms of showing our talent, speak out, and take all the challenge as an opportunity. Having three days class with him is real fun!!sungguh!!.
He make me realized that not everybody are confident with themself and each of us have their own fear. Some of us scores their CGPA as high as 3.78 during degree level, but they can't speak!they were too shy!they get real nervous when they face the crowd. I'm talking in term of english speaking okay. But here, we gathered and try to overcome the fear!..and yet, till the last session everybody has speak out up front!Congrats guys!u've made it!Just talked even with broken english or the so called "malaysian english"..Yes, i have to admit that i'm active!.I'm talkative and my group always being "pulau" by others because of our "banyak mulut and bising!"haha..but they love to copycat what we did and enjoyed the programs as much as we did!.. Feels like we don't have so much difficulties in this but we managed to work in a team and win the ExploreRace (tapi xde hadiah ape ape..rugi btoi!!!!they should provide hadiah,rite??)..
ExploreRace took place all around the Harvard Suasana Hotel yesterday evening. We had a chanced to play golf, volleyball, pingpong,doing the food decoration using red chilli+ladyfinger+carrot+potato, and playing a fake bowling at the car park.hehe.Hujan pun turun non-stop sepanjang masa tue!hoho...We were given 2 hours to complete and the crossword puzzle crown us as winner!(bangga!sebab aku yang buat!..group lain semua tak dapat buat!...ape da...hahahaha)
Overall, my group just managed to be at the 4th place lagging 3points from the third place (ceh!)..but, we did our best and make others group felt the negative stress because of our superactive attitude!haha...
and the Global group dah dibubarkan tadi.So, after this we'll back to our company.
Tomorrow will be the Opening Ceremony and after that i'll be driving back to alor star for my short weekend session at home.See you guys again nextweek at Harvard!
I didn't know that end of this course we will also get the English Cambridge Cert too!..
So guys, lets speak up!..
for people out there, what do you expect more?.
joining the course for FREE and stayed at 3stars hotel (at least!) with 5times meals daily and free golf session s,swimming, go back during weekend every 2weeks..(but its all depends on tempat la kan..)
2.5months (english training + grooming+ management+ motivation+organizing programs+carnival day+team building+talent nite+ dinner+ graduation day)
